Hanna Permin

Jamie Brockbank

Jamie is from England, and has 750+ hours training in Hatha, Yoga Therapy, Yin and Vinyasa Krama Yoga from many visits to India and Mexico.

Jamie teaches in English and with clear demonstration, so you’ll have no problems following and enjoying the class. The classes are built carefully from warm ups through to sequences with wise progression, so everyone can do it.

So – we flow, we move with the breath and we have fun – what’s not to love!

Jamie found yoga in 2010 on his first visit to India and it gradually changed his life – on the inside and outside. He has teachers he re-visits, like  Ellen de Jonge, in Mexico.
